The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Kurdistan Region announced the name of the first group of the scholarship candidates of Hungary. Thus, the Directorate of Missions in the Ministry requests all candidates whose names appear on the attached list to take the necessary measures on time. The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research signed a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Human Resources of the Hungarian State. The study included 10 master courses and 20 doctorate course. The application was submitted by a large number of students. The ministry sent the names of candidate's students to the Hungary, for the purpose of announcing the results of candidates for the scholarship.
